DECISION OS
From rough notes to a verifiable map and the next decision
CHALLENGE
The problem
At the start of a project, success criteria, decision owners, assumptions, and dependencies are often left unclear. Plans can move forward before these gaps are resolved, resulting in significant rework later. Aiferis is designed to surface missing decision inputs before a plan changes.
APPROACH
Current approach
Aiferis structures unorganized notes into goals, tasks, risks, and deliverables, then checks for gaps in success criteria, decision ownership, and dependencies. When confidence is low, it asks a clarifying question instead of changing the plan automatically.
PUBLIC VALIDATION FLOW
How the current flow works
- 01
Rough notes
Start with notes that have not yet been organized.
- 02
Structure
Break them down into goals, tasks, risks, and deliverables.
- 03
Validate
Find gaps in success criteria, decision ownership, and dependencies.
- 04
Next decision
When confidence is low, present a clarifying question instead of making a change.
CURRENT STAGE
Current research stage
A public demo using synthetic data is available. Registration is also open for limited demos, early pilots, and design partnership opportunities.
